I had a 17-hour transit in Bali and was quite anxious as a solo female traveler. However, upon arriving at the hotel, my worries eased thanks to the staff’s incredible hospitality. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, providing detailed guidance on room arrangements and other small but important information. Even though I only booked the room for a single night, a very short stay, they treated me with genuine care and dedication as if I were a long-term guest. I also requested a wake-up call to ensure I wouldn’t miss my early morning flight, and they made sure I woke up on time. The check-out process was impressively swift and efficient, helping me save valuable time. When it was time for my departure, the staff kindly assisted with my luggage and remained warm and attentive until I left for the airport. Their hospitality truly made my short stay in Bali stress-free and pleasant.

The place is sooo good. We book 2 nights end up staying longer. The room is spacious.The bed is like a sleeping pill. It's big and comfy and make you feel so relax and fall asleep so easy. Bathroom, balcony view over the pool. Breakfast at a very good price. Warm pool. Opposite had a local restaurant. We rent a scooter closer by to the hotel. Not far from kuta beach. Staffs are friendly. Laundry service available.

The hotel is very nice in a good location only 15 minutes walk to the beach. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby. The room is very nice and spacious and offers everything necessary for a stay. Breakfast buffet is Indonesian style, and if you want, they can also make you an omelette or fried eggs. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

We stayed for a week and loved everything about the hotel. They have such a great team and they do a really good job. We’ll be back for sure!
